1 cup roasted foxnuts
1/2 cup cubed boiled potatoes
1 tbsp lemon juice
sendha namak as per taste
a pinch of black pepper powder
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
2 tsps pommegranate seeds
1 chopped green chillies
Mix potatoes, green chillies, chopped coriander, jeera powder, black pepper, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
Add makhana, give a final mix and serve.
Garnish it with some pomegranate seeds.
