1 tbsp jaggery powder

1.5 cups almond milk

1 tsp ghee

1 cup roasted makhanas

1/2 tsp pure saffron strands

3 tbspn chopped nuts (almonds & pistachios)

2 tsp pumpkin seeds (to garnish)

Method

Roast the makhanas in ghee for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside.

Heat the almond milk.

Once it starts boiling, add the saffron & nuts.

Now add the makhana.

Give it 2 boils( approximately 3-4 minutes).

Now add the jaggery powder.

Turn off the flame.

Garnish with pumpkin seeds.

Serve hot/cold!
