14 Ingredients
1/2 small onion
2 tbsp fresh peas
1/2 cup makhana
ginger garlic paste
1 to 2 green chillies
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
pinch hing
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
salt and pepper as per taste
1 tsp oil
freshly chopped coriander leaves
Blanch the green peas in hot water and keep aside.
Dry roast the makhanas.
In a pan, add oil, when the oil turns hot, add hing. Then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and chopped onion into it and saute for 1 minute.
Saute for another two minutes, add chopped peas and makhana to this mixture. Mix well and cook it for 5 minutes.
Add all the spices and mix.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
