1 tsp jaggery powder
1/2 cup hung curd
2-3 almonds(soaked & chopped)
1 tsp mixed seeds(sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseeds)
Puree the mango in a blender to form a thick paste.
Add hung curd & jaggery to the puree and mix well.
Assemble the mixture in a jar and add almonds and seeds.
