A wholesome and healthy meal, packed with nutrition from methi leaves.

6 Ingredients
1 green chilli(finely chopped)
4 tbsp methi leaves(finely chopped)
40 grams ragi flour
1/2 tsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp ginger- garlic paste
2 tsp oil(for cooking the cheela)
Put all the above ingredients together.
Make into a batter of semi thick consistency by adding water Add salt to taste.
Heat a non stick tawa.
Add little oil and spread the batter.
Cook until done on both sides.
Serve with chutney.
