9 Ingredients
1 cup of millet rava
1 tsp of soaked urad dhuli dal
1/2 tsp of mustard seeds
few curry leaves
1 tsp of oil/ghee
salt to taste
4 cups of water
1 katori of chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, boiled peas, onion, tomato, 1 green chilli & a piece of ginger)
1/2 tsp of sambar masala (powder)(optional)
Heat a pan and dry roast the millet rava and keep it aside
Add 1 tsp of oil/ghee to a pan, and heat it well
Now add mustard seeds, sambar masala, urad dal, curry leaves, chopped green chilli, ginger, tomato and onions
Add other chopped vegetables & green peas
Add 4 cups of water & salt
Bring it to a boil and add millet rava slowly
Mix continuously to avoid lumps until it has a thick consistency
Add 1/2 tsp of desi ghee and serve
