1/2 cup dates
1 tbsp whisked curd
2 1/2 cups cow's milk
Soak khajur/dates in hot water in a bowl for 30 min.
Drain, deseed add ¼ cup water and blend it into a smooth paste.
Now in a deep non-stick pan add milk, and stir continuously on a medium flame for 8-10 min, now take them off the flame and cool it for 10 min. Add the dates puree and mix nicely.
Add whisked curd to a bowl, pour the milk date mixture from the top, and set it aside for 8-10 hours.
Refrigerate it for 1 hour and serve chilled.
