salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 onion finely chopped
250 g mutton (boneless)
1 whole capsicum finely chopped
1 whole tomato finely chopped
4-5 lettuce leaves
2 tbsp hung curd
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste (optional)
1 wheat flour chapati
In a pressure cooker add mutton, 2-3 glasses of water, black pepper, garlic, ginger, and green chilli paste, and salt to taste.
Secure the lid and pressure cook for 35-40 minutes or until the mutton gets cooked completely.
Once cooked, strain the stock & keep aside. This can be used in soup.
Meanwhile, in a bowl add boiled and shredded mutton, hung curd, and finely chopped veggies and give all of it a nice mix.
Lastly, take a roti and place 2 lettuce leaves on top.
Add 2 Tbsp of the mutton mixture on top and roll it in the form of a wrap.
Serve with fresh green chutney.
