Attributes
water & ice as required
1 lemon
1 tbsp sugar
1/4th tsp roasted cumin seed powder
1 pinch of rock salt
1 pinch black pepper powder
5-6 mint leaves (optional)
In a tall glass squeeze in the juice of 1 lemon.
Add sugar, salt & dry spices.
In a pestle & mortar mash, the mint leaves coarsely, if adding any.
Add in the glass.
Now mix everything well.
Fill up the glass with water & top it up with ice if adding & stir well before serving.
