7-8 dried cranberries
1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
2 small dates
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
salt to taste
1/4 cup rolled oats
In a pan, dry roast the oats over low heat for about 1 to 2 minutes, remove from the heat and set aside
In another bowl, combine the flaxseed with warm water and set aside to thicken for about 5 minutes
Add butter, dates, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder and salt into the blender and blend
Then add the flaxseed mixture and blend until smooth
Add the oats to the mix with dried cranberries
Roll the Batter into cookie shaped balls and chill until firm for at least 30 minutes
Then store in an air-tight container
