oats peanut jaggery laddoo
A delicious and healthy ladoo with the goodness jaggery & peanuts - a perfect nutritious snack any occasion.

6 Ingredients
1/2 tbsp ghee
1/4 powder tsp green elaichi
1/8 powder cup jaggery
1/3 cup peanuts (roasted & crushed)
1/2 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds(til)
1/2 cup rolled oats (roasted)
In a mixing bowl add the sesame, oats, jaggery powder, peanuts, green elaichi powder, and ghee and mix well
Divide the mixture into equal portions & roll each one into laddoos after greasing your palm with little ghee
Set aside for an hour at room temperature
Serve or store in an airtight container at room temperature
