250 gm chicken with bone
2 sliced tomatoes
2 sliced potatoes
2 sliced onions
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 tbsp oil
black pepper to taste
Take a non-stick deep-bottomed pan.
Heat 2 tsp oil. Now add a layer of sliced potatoes, then a layer of sliced
onions on top, followed by a layer of sliced tomatoes.
Lastly, add medium-sized pieces of chicken.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on each layer.
Once this layering is over, add 2 tsp oil and repeat the entire process.
Secure the pan with a lid and place it on the stove and cook on low flame for 45-50 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
Add 1/2 cup water only if the chicken is getting stuck to the bottom of the pan.
