1/4 tsp soaked halim (watercress seeds)

1/2 tsp soaked chia seeds

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup low-fat milk

1/3 cup low-fat yogurt

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mango, diced

3-4 crushed almonds

1/4 tsp pumpkin seeds

Method

Add Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk and low-fat yogurt.

Mix in vanilla extract, watercress seeds and chia seeds. Add a layer of mango.

Top off with crushed almonds and pumpkin seeds.

Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later.

Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator 40° F or colder.

Best to eat within 24 hours.
