3/4 cup cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
3 finely chopped paan leaves
2 tbsps finely chopped dates (de-seeded)
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp chopped pistachio
1 tbsp chopped cashew
1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
2 tsp saunf (coarsely powdered)
2 tbsps mixed chopped dry fruits (almonds, pista)
1/2 cup milk
Take the cream in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric beater for 1 minute, until you get stiff peaks.
Now add the condensed milk & milk. Combine well.
Add the paan leaves & mix thoroughly.
Now add the dates, almond, cashew, pista, saunf & green cardamom powder & mix well into a smooth consistency.
Pour into earthen cups or into a rectangular dish.
Cover & freeze for 8-10 hours until well set.
Garnish with mixed chopped dry fruits.
