salt to taste
100 gms grated paneer / tofu
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp green chutney
coriander leaves
2 slices multigrain bread
Combine grated paneer, bell pepper, onions, salt, black pepper powder on a loaf of bread
Smear the bread slices with green chutney
Sprinkle some coriander leaves and close with the other slice.
Grill or have as it is!
