peanut curd chutney
A delicious dip with the goodness of peanuts & curd - perfect to be served with pakodas, vadas, and idli.

8 Ingredients
3 tbsp curd
20 ml water
1/2 tsp oil
1 tsp urad dal
2 whole dry red chillies
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
salt to taste
4 tsps roasted peanuts
In a blender, add roasted peanuts, and red chilies shredded into smaller pieces and blend them until you achieve a fine powder
To this powder add the curd, water, and salt and mix well
Now, heat 1 tsp oil, add rai, and urad dal, and allow to crackle
Add tadka in chutney, mix well
