Ingredients

1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves

salt to taste

1 cup cooked rice

½ cup fresh pineapple, chopped

½ cup finely chopped mixed veggies (carrot, beans, capsicum)

2 tsp boiled peas

1 small finely chopped onion

2 crushed garlic cloves

1/4th teaspoon crushed black pepper

1 teaspoon soya sauce

1 tsp oil

Method

In a kadhai, heat oil over a medium flame.

Add garlic and sautée until aromatic. Add onion & saute until light brown.

Add all the veggies and cook until soft.

Now, add the pineapple, cooked rice, soya sauce, crushed black pepper, and salt and stir well until combined. Turn off the flame.

Garnish with coriander.
