handful coriander leaves
1 egg
salt for seasoning.
1 zucchini
2 potatoes grated
1 cup oats flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Make a coarse blend of grated potatoes and zucchini along with coriander leaves
Mix it with an egg, spices and flour to make a smooth batter
Take a baking tray, place parchment paper, and pour a ladle of batter. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Bake the pancakes to perfection at 200 degrees celsius
Flip sides and bake both sides evenly
Serve hot
