1/2 cup ragi flour
1/2 cup moong dal dhuli (soaked overnight)
4 to 5 cups water
1 big piece of ginger
1 cup oats
1/2 cup grated beetroot
1/4 tsp oil
1 green chilli (optional)
salt & black pepper powder - to taste
Blend all the above ingredients into a smooth paste and add 1/2 cup grated beetroot. Give it a nice mix, add water to adjust consistency. Pan fry chilla using 1/4th tsp oil.
