3 tablespoon ragi flour
1 tablespoon flax seed powder
2 tablespoon yoghurt
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 onion finely chopped
1 small carrot
1/2 capsicum
1/2 cup green peas
1 teaspoon oil
1 cup oats
Grind a cup of oats in a dry jar and transfer the oat flour to a bowl, add ragi flour, flax seeds powder, and yogurt, water, and prepare the batter.
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil. Sautè the onions, grated carrot, and capsicum with a pinch of salt, turmeric, and other spice powders.
Mix the veggies with the batter. Add peas and remaining salt.
The batter might look slightly thicker after 10 minutes. You can add a little water and mix it well. Do not pour the batter as we do for regular dosa, instead spread the batter using the back side of a spoon or ladle.
Heat tawa or a pan and add the batter and spread it like a thick circular uthappam. Use 1/2 tsp oil to cook it.
