1.5 cup rice flour
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsps finely chopped methi
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped ginger
2 tsp green chillies
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp oil
Combine all the ingredients and knead a soft-smooth dough, using enough water. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
Roll out one portion of the dough into a circle.
Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) using 1/4 tsp of oil.
Place the roti on it and cook it, using 1/4 tsp of oil, till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides.
