rice - mixed dal idlis

8 Ingredients
salt to taste
1 cup mixed dal ( moong + masoor + urad dhuli )
1 cup of rice
1 cup of poha
2 tsp of curd
1 tsp methi dana
1 katori of vegetables (grated loki, cabbage, beetroot, carrot & boiled peas)
1 cup of water
Soak rice, mixed dal & methi dana, together for 3-4 hours.
Soak poha half an hour before adding to the above ingredients.
Grind the above ingredients in a blender by adding water (keep a thick consistency).
Ferment the batter for 5-6 hours.
Now add grated vegetables & salt.
Grease the idli maker and put the batter in it.
Cook it in the idli maker for 20 minutes.
