1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chickpeas (rinsed)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400-degree F
Dry the chickpeas after rinsing
Add dried chickpeas, olive oil and other spices in a bowl & toss well evenly
Spread the chickpeas out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet
Roast for 15-20 minutes until brown
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes & serve
