10 Ingredients
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
4 tbsp soya granules
4-5 sprigs of fresh coriander leaves
salt and pepper as per taste
1/2 cup finely chopped red & yellow bell peppers
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
Soak the soya granules in half a cup of warm water
Add 1/4 tsp salt and boil for 5 minutes
Now strain the water and squeeze the soya granules thoroughly & wash them under running water
Take a pan and heat the oil
Add cumin seeds, black pepper powder, chopped garlic and ginger
Sautee on medium to low flame for 1/2 a minute (do not let it burn)
Now add the onions. Cook until light pink. Add the tomatoes & cook until soft. Add the red & yellow bell peppers and salt
Cook for 4-5 minutes and add soya granules to this mixture
Cook for 5 minutes more
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot
