2 boiled tbsp sweet corn
1/4 tsp ajwain
1/4 chopped cup palak
1/8 flour cup oats
1/8 cup besan
1/8 julienne cup onion
1/4 powder tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp (2.0 gm) green chilli paste
2 tbsp oil
30 ml water
In a bowl add onion oats flour besan, green chilli paste red chilly powder, ajwain, salt, chopped palak, boiled sweet corn, and water as required and mix well till combined.
Heat oil in a kadhai then adds pakoda batter with a spoon and deep fry pakoda till golden brown in colour.
