8 Ingredients
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp oil
2 capsicum (any colour)
50g crumbled paneer/ tofu
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1tsp finely chopped coriander
salt and pepper to taste
In a pan, add 1 tsp oil.
Now add ginger garlic paste. Cook till its fragrant.
Add in the dry masalas and paneer/tofu. Cook for 3-4 mins.
Add in salt and pepper and mix for another 2 mins.
Switch off the flame and keep aside.
Take the capsicum and cut of the head. Remove seeds with the help of a spoon and fill in the paneer/ tofu mixture.
Brush oil on the capsicum and bake at 180° in a preheated oven for 15 mins.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
