pinch of white pepper powder
1 tsp roasted peanuts
1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
4 soaked walnuts(crushed coarsely)(discard the water)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 raw mango (shredded)
1 cucumber ( julienne cut)
1 onion ( sliced long)
8 to 10 cherry tomatoes
1/2 katori mixed bell peppers( julienne cut)
2 tsp fresh coriander( finely chopped)
1/2 green chilli ( finely chopped)
pink salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl 15 minutes before serving. Serve chilled
