pinch of white pepper powder
1 tsp roasted peanuts
1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
sendha namak to taste
4 soaked walnuts (crushed coarsely, discard the water)
1 cucumber (julienne cut)
1/2 green chilli (finely chopped)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 raw mango (shredded)
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl 15 minutes before serving. Serve chilled.
