2 tbsp wheat flour (whole)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp finely chopped basil leaves
10 gm sundried tomatoes (chopped)
1 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
4 tbsps spinach puree
1 tsp finely chopped kadi patta
water, as required
In a bowl, add wheat flour, sundried tomatoes, basil leaves, coriander leaves, salt, curry leaves, spinach puree, and water.
Knead into a soft dough and make small balls
Roll out each of the dough balls into tortillas
Roast tortilla on both sides.
