1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
2 tsp oil
1 cup wheat flour
1 katori mix vegetables, finely chopped (cabbage, beetroot, capsicum, carrot, french beans, fresh coriander)
1 tsp tomato ketchup(optional)
Heat 2 tsp oil in a non-stick.
Add the ginger garlic paste and all the vegetables. Cook until soft.
Add tomato ketchup and salt to taste. Turn off the flame.
Knead the wheat flour into a soft dough.
Make a little larger than palm-sized rotis.
Spread a line of the cooked veggies in the center of the roti & roll it into cylindrical tubes.
