1/2 cup finely chopped onion
few curry leaves
1 onion finely chopped
1 katori poha washed and kept aside
2 small tomatoes finely chopped
1 katori finely chopped vegetables like capsicum, carrots, beans, etc
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds + mustard seeds.
1 tsp of oil for cooking
1 tsp of roasted peanuts.
1/2 a tsp of turmeric(haldi powder)
1/4 tsp of red chilli powder(optional)
In a pan heat the cooking oil
Add cumin, mustard seeds and curry leaves
Add chopped onions
Add all the other vegetables, and tomatoes and cook them until they turn soft
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt
Add poha with roasted peanuts and mix well
Turn off the gas
Serve hot
