7 Ingredients
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup apples
1 medium banana
1/4th cup baby spinach
5 pieces of soaked almonds
2 soaked black dates
½ cup low-fat milk/non-dairy milk/coconut water
Wash & cut all the fruits and spinach leaves.
In a blender pour the milk, add the dates, almonds, fruits & spinach & blend until smooth.
To adjust the consistency to your liking add an adequate amount of water/milk.
Your very berry smoothie is ready. Enjoy!
