whole moong dosa

1 cup whole green moong sprouts
4 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp grated carrot
2 tbsp grated beetroot
1 cup boiled potato
1/4 tsp amchur powder
1 cup water
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 finely chopped green chili (optional)
1/2 tsp oil
For dosa, blend sprouts using 3/4 cup water into a smooth paste. Add rice flour, 1/4 cup water and salt to taste. Add water to achieve dropping consistency and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile heat 1/4 tsp oil, sauté veggies add seasonings and prepare the stuffing. Pour the batter, cook dosa using 1/4 tsp oil. Once done, place the stuffing inside, wrap it in and serve hot.
