whole wheat veggie pizza

3 tbsp, chopped yellow capsicum
3 tbsp, chopped green capsicum
3 tbsp, chopped red capsicum
2 tbsp, finely chopped mushrooms
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp, tomato ketchup
3 tbsp, grated paneer
1 whole wheat pizza base
salt to taste
1 tsp butter
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp oil
4 tbsp, sliced onion
2 sliced tomatoes (without seeds)
Preheat oven to 235 degrees C. Lightly grease a baking sheet. with oil.
For the pizza sauce :
Heat 1 tsp butter in a saucepan. To this, add the garlic, tomatoes, tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp onion, and oregano. Cook on medium heat, until the sauce, has thickened( will approximately take 15 to 20 minutes ). Add salt to taste.
Spoon this pizza sauce over the whole-wheat pizza base.Top with the yellow, green & red capsicum, the remaining onion, and the mushroom. Finally, top with the grated paneer.
Bake in preheated oven until the crust is brown and crisp (approx. 20 to 25 minutes)
