rock salt to taste

1 tsp ginger paste

100g potato

100g yam

3 tsp groundnut oil for cooking

1 tsp jeera powder

Method

Boil the yam & potatoes until they turn soft and mash them well.

Once mashed add in the dry spices and mix.

Shape them in heart or round cutlets and cook on non stick greased with oil on both sides until done.
